|Application Needs

In the process of R&D and production of electronic equipment used in communication, radar, and other fields, a number of tests shall be carried out, including complete machine test and module test. The complete machine test and module test often involve too many test items, too many test instruments, and too many working states of the equipment under test. If the tests are performed manually, such problems such as slow test speed, error-prone test results, and no detailed test raw data and test reports may exist. Therefore, there is a wide need for auto test of electronic equipment in various communication, radar and other applications.

|Solution 

The auto test system is compatible with and integrated with the related test equipment of well-known instrument and equipment manufacturers in the industry, and some core test equipment independently developed by KSW Technology.

Besides, coupled with the self-developed new generation of auto test platform "KSW-Test Platform", the auto test system can be equipped with instruments and equipment according to different test demands, such as frequency analyzer, VSG, power meter, oscilloscope, frequency meter, network analyzer, radio communication test station, and power supply.

Special tests may require the use of user-owned equipment or equipment specifically customized for the test. The system provides a switching network (hereinafter referred to as the "control box") to establish a complete test channel between the unit under test and each instrument and equipment.

All equipment is connected to the computer via standard control interfaces (e.g. network ports, GP-IB, USB, and PCI), and the software platform on the computer automatically completes the test according to the pre-defined test procedure.

  Many instruments are used by the system and the instruments are frequently updated. The test system must have a rich equipment drive program library, which is compatible with various common test instruments;

  The equipment under test has a variety of states, which requires the test system to simultaneously control the instrument and equipment under test to realize fully automatic testing and automatic generation of test reports;

  The equipment under test has a variety of test items, which requires the test system to have a rich common test item library and simple test process programming function, without requiring the users to have code development capability;

  The test system must be scalable to meet the new test demands;

  The test system must work stably, reliably and efficiently.
